Worship at Redeemer is centered around the Gospel. We gather together into God’s presence, we pray, we confess our sins, and we hear God’s Word of assurance of forgiveness through faith in Christ. And we address one another with “psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody to the Lord” with all our hearts (Ephesians 5:19 ESV). Our time together moves us from guilt, to grace, to gratitude, and all for God’s glory. Not only is singing considered worship hearing a sermon is considered worship as well.
What to wear? Comfortable and casual. We don’t judge either way (James 2:1–4).
